Shipping policy
Please allow 1 -2 business days from the date of purchase for order to be processed and shipped. Once an item leaves our facility, it can not be returned or exchanged. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order at kyrabellbeautybar@outlook.com. We ask that you please take pictures of box both inside and outside. Please do not throw away the copy of your invoice or packing slip. Please contact us at kyrabellbeautybar@outlook.com and send us your photos along with a description of the incident, and we will make a claim with the shipping service provider or we will examine the product for defects prior to providing a replacement product or product credit. Shipping charges will only be paid by Kyrabell Beauty Bar if product is determined by Kyrabell Beauty Bar. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.
